We recognize the unique challenges of our tribal members in trying to access CARES assistance and have expanded eligibility to further assist individual Tribal members with challenges associated with the application and expense receipts associated with reimbursement. Please find the attached document of Disclaimer attestation to further assist with qualifications.
Please return this application form, in person at the Tribal Office Building, US Certified Mail or online by 4:00 pm, Tuesday, December 1st, 2020, any applications received after this date will not be considered for funding.
