COVID-19 Vaccine Information

There has been some concern about being vaccinated. The Tribe supports vaccination as a way to protect the community and return to normal life.  As part of our vaccination efforts the Tribe will be collecting information to determine how many Tribal Members, their household members, and employees are willing to receive the vaccine.  All Tribal  Members and Employees are encouraged to complete a COVID-19 pre-registration form for their household.

Once completed you will be in a database to be called when vaccines are available.
