Mandatory employee COVID-19 testing scheduled December 7, 2020

The Stockbridge-Munsee Community and North Star Mohican Casino have scheduled mandatory employee COVID-19 testing on Monday December 7th from 8:00am-4:00pm.  


This round of mandatory testing is being coordinated with the assistance of the National Guard.  This testing is mandatory and employees will not be allowed to return to work status if they fail to complete the testing.             


All current employees (full/part time, fill-ins, flex, contract) are required to complete this testing.  All employee testing will occur at the Tribal P&E building (attached map). 


**Please note that employees who may be on isolation or quarantine orders will continue to go through the identified protocols prior to returning to the workplace. These individuals should continue to work with the SMHWC and Occupational Health for their return to work status and should not report to the testing site unless specifically instructed by the Clinic or Occupational Health.**


**Employees who have confirmed positive tests within the last 90 days are not required to test.  Should you have questions or need to confirm, please contact Occupational Health for further guidance. **


Employees are required to pre-register prior to arriving to the testing site.  Please ensure to read through the pre-registration process and be prepared to have the QR code at the time of testing.


Any employee that needs assistance with the pre-registration process or has any further questions should contact Human Resources as soon as possible.


The test takes approximately 3 minutes per employee to complete.
