About
The Division of Community Housing (DCH) is funded through HUD under the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 (NAHASDA). This act gave Tribes the opportunity to write their own plans for providing housing assistance to their people.
Because of the independence allowed under NAHASDA, the Tribe has written and approved policies for admission and occupancy for both the low-income apartments and the homebuyer programs.
For any specific information please call the housing office at 715-793-4219.
Housing Information & Guidelines
Currently the DCH manages the low-income apartments and the low income homebuyer program. Recently we acquired two rental homes, these are not low income. In addition, there are the AhTohWuk Court apartments that are not low income and have a flat rent and security deposit. These apartments are open to the public.
