When and How to Apply

Career Services

  • WHEN

  1. Applications are always accepted, but space is limited so it is suggested to get applications in as soon as possible.

  • HOW

  1. The applicant comes into the Education building staff will greet the applicant, ask them to sign in, and hand out the application.
  2. All applicants will be informed of the process of eligibility and importance of completed applications, which include the following:

  1. Eligibility Checklist
  2. Education and Career Services Application
  3. Proof of Age
  4. Tribal Enrollment
  5. Proof of Residency
  6. Income Verification or Declaration of No Income
  7. Social Security Card/Number. If male and under the age of 25, verify registration with Selective Service at www.sss.gov

NOTE: Staff will provide assistance to the applicant to assure all information on the application is completed as we cannot accept any incomplete applications.

  1. Complete applications will be reviewed by staff for approval.
  2. A letter of determination of eligibility will be generated for each applicant.
  3. Applicants that are approved will be instructed to schedule an appointment to complete final assessments.
  4. The application and eligibility process may take up to 10 working days to complete.
  5. Proof of Residency
  6. Education and Career Services will schedule the applicants in the order of received completed application
