Jolene has a Doctorate in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service in Higher Education from Cardinal Stritch.  She joined the Education and Career Services Department in October 2006.  She is responsible for the oversight of programming that focuses on cultivating academic and career mindsets from youth to adults.

Kim Taylor, BAS

Kim has a Bachelor of Applied Science in  Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Green Bay. She joined the Education and Career Services Department in June 2021. She is active in the daily operations of the Education programs.  Processing all program service applications, including Higher Education, Adult Education and Student Activities. She also assists in coordinating the annual Senior Banquet.

Diane Burr, BS

Diane has a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education from UW-Oshkosh.  She joined the Education and Career Services Department in September 2023.  Her position is responsible for coordinating culturally responsive career planning programs for both adults and youth to improve employability for attaining or keeping the right job.

Ginny has a Master of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.  Ginny joined the Stockbridge-Munsee Electa Quinney Head Start team in 2023. She  is responsible for the direction and management of all Head Start Center functions to include development and implementation of the department budget, staffing, operations, and maintaining compliance.  This includes advanced or specialized knowledge and skills in managing Head Start Component Area responsibilities and leadership in the planning, design, implementation and evaluation of all program systems for continuous quality improvement.

Delores has a Master of Science in Education Instruction from the University of Wisconsin Superior.  She joined the Stockbridge-Munsee Electa Quinney Head Start team in 2006.  She is responsible for responsible for planning and implementation of educational programming for three- and/or four-year old children which will reflect sound development practices and will be inclusive of the children’s own heritage.

Teniesha has a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the College of the Menominee Nation.  She joined the Stockbridge-Munsee Electa Quinney Head Start team in 2009.  She is responsible for responsible for planning and implementation of educational programming for three- and/or four-year old children which will reflect sound development practices and will be inclusive of the children’s own heritage.

Donnette is a Licensed Massage Therapist from East West Healing Arts Institute.  She joined the Stockbridge-Munsee Electa Quinney Head Start team in 2021.  She is responsible for the planning of menus, order/purchases food and kitchen supplies, preparing breakfast, lunch and snacks for the children at Head Start under the regulation the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).

Ashley is pursuing an Associates of Arts and Sciences in Early Childhood Education and Liberal Studies through the College of Menominee Nation.  Ashley joined the Stockbridge-Munsee Electa Quinney Head Start team in 2023.  She  is responsible for assisting the Head Start Manager in a variety of administrative duties.  Her responsibilities include record keeping, maintaining and processing  purchase orders.  She is responsible for answering  incoming telephone calls, determining the  purpose of calls, and forwarding them to the appropriate personnel or department while ensuring professional telephone etiquette. Ashley also provides support in the classroom by  filling in as a Teacher Assistant.

Alley is pursuing a Child Development Associate (CDA) through the College of Menominee Nation and her Class B CDL’s with P & S Endorsements from Fox Valley Technical College.  Alley joined the Stockbridge-Munsee Electa Quinney Head Start team in 2023.  She  is responsible for She  is responsible for supporting the Teacher in preparing the learning environment and teaching young children in accordance with Head Start performance standards.  She is responsible for Operating the Head Start bus or van to transport children according to standards established by the Head Start Program.
