Meet Our Staff
Jolene Bowman, Ph.D.
Director of Education and Career Services
Jolene has a Doctorate in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service in Higher Education from Cardinal Stritch. She joined the Education and Career Services Department in October 2006. She is responsible for the oversight of programming that focuses on cultivating academic and career mindsets from youth to adults.
Kim has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Green Bay. She joined the Education and Career Services Department in June 2021. She is active in the daily operations of the Education programs. Processing all program service applications, including Higher Education, Adult Education and Student Activities. She also assists in coordinating the annual Senior Banquet.
Diane has a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education from UW-Oshkosh. She joined the Education and Career Services Department in September 2023. Her position is responsible for coordinating culturally responsive career planning programs for both adults and youth to improve employability for attaining or keeping the right job.
Ginny has a Master of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Ginny joined the Stockbridge-Munsee Electa Quinney Head Start team in 2023. She is responsible for the direction and management of all Head Start Center functions to include development and implementation of the department budget, staffing, operations, and maintaining compliance. This includes advanced or specialized knowledge and skills in managing Head Start Component Area responsibilities and leadership in the planning, design, implementation and evaluation of all program systems for continuous quality improvement.
Delores has a Master of Science in Education Instruction from the University of Wisconsin Superior. She joined the Stockbridge-Munsee Electa Quinney Head Start team in 2006. She is responsible for assisting with the direction and management of all Head Start Center functions. This includes advanced or specialized knowledge and skills in managing Head Start Component Area and is responsible for monitoring and evaluating Education, Health and Safety, Nutrition, Mental Health, Transition, Transportation, Parent Involvement, Community Partnerships and Disabilities services. In addition to all the front office operations including managing telephone calls and maintaining children’s records.
Teniesha has a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the College of the Menominee Nation. She joined the Stockbridge-Munsee Electa Quinney Head Start team in 2009. She is responsible for responsible for planning and implementation of educational programming for three- and/or four-year old children which will reflect sound development practices and will be inclusive of the children’s own heritage.
Amber has an Associate in Applied Science in Early Childhood Education from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. She joined the Stockbridge-Munsee Electa Quinney Head Start team in 2022.
She is responsible for planning and implementation of educational programming for three- and/or four-year old children which will reflect sound development practices and will be inclusive of the children’s own heritage.
Schuylar has an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and will be graduating from the College of Menominee Nation with her Bachelor’s Degree in Early/Middle Childhood Education in May of 2025. As a Head Start team member she is responsible for assisting in planning and implementation of educational programming for three- and/or four-year old children which will reflect sound development practices and will be inclusive of the children’s own heritage.
Chemon is pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Early Childhood Education and Liberal Studies through the College of Menominee Nation (CMN). She completed her Child Development Associate (CDA) in May 2024 at CMN and her Class B CDL’s with P & S Endorsements from Fox Valley Technical College in August 2023. Chemon joined the Stockbridge-Munsee Electa Quinney Head Start team in 2023. She is responsible for assisting the Teachers with planning and implementation of educational programming for three- and/or four-year old children which will reflect sound development practices and will be inclusive of the children’s own heritage.
Holly has been hired as the Program Aide in the Head Start Program. She is furthering her education by taking fall classes at The Collage of Menominee Nation (CMN) for infancy and early childhood. She also is working on her Class B CDL's.
In her role, Holly is responsible in supporting the teacher in preparing an exceptional learning environment and assisting the teacher in everyday classroom activities. She is responsible for planning and implementation of educational programming for three- and/or four-year old children which will reflect sound development practices and will be inclusive of the children’s own heritage. Once she completes her CDL licensure she will be providing transportation for children to and from Head Start on a daily basis.
Charlee joined the Stockbridge-Munsee Electa Quinney Head Start team in 2024. As the cook, she is responsible for cooking breakfast, lunch, and snack for all children. Charlee has 5 plus years’ experience in kitchens and with food service and is excited to put her talents to work creating balanced and healthy meals daily.
